The Field Sales Executive is responsible for driving business growth through direct market engagement, territory-based prospecting, client relationship building, and sales conversion. 2. Key Role Objectives

The Field Sales Executive is expected to:

3.3 Property Presentation & Demonstration

·       Present project features confidently

3.4 Site Visit Coordination

·       Schedule client visits

·       Assist clients with directions/logistics

·       Conduct professional site tours

·       Explain pricing, amenities, payment plans

 

3.5 Sales Conversion & Negotiation

·       Follow structured follow-up processes

·       Handle pricing discussions within policy

·       Support closure processes

·       Coordinate booking/documentation

 

3.6 Relationship & Referral Development

·       Maintain customer relationships
