Key Responsibilities
Conduct primary and secondary research on new launches, upcoming projects, and micro-market trends
Undertake frequent site visits to gather on-ground market intelligence
Interact with homebuyers to understand preferences, concerns, and decision-making behaviour
Engage with developers, channel partners, and brokers to validate and enrich insights
Track pricing trends, supply pipelines, and inventory movement
Monitor infrastructure developments, government policies, and their impact on demand
Map micro-market dynamics by connecting supply, demand, and buyer sentiment
Synthesize insights into structured, buyer-first outputs (reports, frameworks, content inputs)
Collaborate with content, product, and strategy teams to drive relevant, high-impact outputs
Ideal Candidate Profile
0.6-4 years of experience in real estate, market research, advisory, or consulting
Strong on-ground exposure to Delhi/NCR(or ability to build quickly)
Comfortable interacting with homebuyers and extracting meaningful insights
Experience working with developers, brokers, or channel partners
Strong understanding of buyer behavior and market dynamics
Structured thinker with good communication and writing skills
Self-driven, curious, and comfortable balancing fieldwork with analysis
