Pin Click is looking for a dynamic, self-driven, and result-oriented Sales Advisor to join our growth team. In this role, you will act as a trusted real estate advisor, assisting clients in finding, evaluating, and purchasing residential properties across prime developer projects.
Job Opening: Sales Advisor – Pin Click
📍 Location: Whitefield / Bengaluru
💼 Experience: 1 – 4 years (Real Estate / High-Value B2C Sales)
🚗 Requirement: Own vehicle required for client site visits
Key Responsibilities
Client Advisory: Understand client requirements and match them with suitable residential projects (Apartments/Villas/Plots).
Site Visits: Schedule and conduct structured project walk-throughs and site visits.
Deal Closure: Guide buyers through pricing, floor plans, home loan assistance, and booking procedures.
Lead Pipeline: Actively follow up on generated leads and track client sales progress.
Key Requirements
Strong communication and negotiation skills (English + Hindi/Kannada).
Target-driven mindset with a track record in consultative sales.
Good knowledge of local real estate trends and developer offerings.
