We are looking for a Property Sales Executive to join our team at Horizon Proptech Private Limited. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹40,000 and prospects of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential customers and follow up on leads.
Understand customers’ property requirements and recommend suitable options.
Explain property details, pricing, and payment plans to prospective buyers.
Coordinate property site visits and client meetings.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers to convert leads into sales.
Achieve assigned sales targets within the stipulated period.
Maintain customer records and update lead status in the CRM.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 3 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
