Property Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Property Salesman to assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. The candidate should have strong communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through calls, site visits, and networking

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential/commercial properties

Conduct property site visits and explain features to clients

Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties

Maintain relationships with existing and potential customers

Negotiate prices and finalize deals

Coordinate with builders, owners, and legal teams

Maintain records of sales, leads, and client interactions

Stay updated with market trends and property prices

Required Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good negotiation and convincing ability

Basic knowledge of real estate market

Customer-focused approach

Ability to work on targets and deadlines

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools preferred)
