Key Responsibilities:

• Product Promotion & Demonstration

  • Actively approach and engage customers to promote electronic products.

  • Conduct live product demonstrations to highlight key features and benefits.

  • Explain product specifications, offers, and warranties clearly to customers.

• Sales & Target Achievement

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Convert walk-in customers into buyers through persuasive communication.

  • Upsell and cross-sell related products and accessories.

• Customer Service

  • Provide accurate information and guidance to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

  • Ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.

• Merchandising & Display

  • Maintain attractive and organized product displays.

  • Ensure products are clean, functional, and correctly priced.

  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damage.

• Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain daily sales reports and share them with the supervisor.

  • Coordinate with store managers and brand representatives for promotions or campaigns.

  • Stay updated on product knowledge, new launches, and competitor products.
