Job Summary

B.L. Tandon & Co. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Project Sales Executive to develop business opportunities in the project segment. The candidate will build relationships with builders, architects, consultants, contractors, and developers to generate sales and close business deals for the company's electrical and electronic product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet builders, architects, consultants, contractors, and developers to promote company products.

• Identify new project opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

• Generate enquiries and prepare quotations.

• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with clients.

• Close sales deals and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Coordinate with the internal sales and logistics teams for timely order execution.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new accounts.

• Track project progress and ensure repeat business.

• Collect market intelligence on competitors, products, and pricing.

• Prepare daily visit reports and sales updates.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Good networking and relationship-building abilities.

• Knowledge of electrical and electronic products is preferred.

• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline (Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical is an advantage).

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in project sales, preferably in the electrical, electronics, lighting, or building materials industry.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience working with builders, architects, consultants, and project contractors.

• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and target-driven.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
