Pre Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an active and reliable Site Scanner / Field Executive to join our Presales team. In this role, you will travel around your assigned local area to find and verify ongoing or new construction projects. Your main job is just to collect basic information from the site. There is NO target and NO hard selling involved.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

• Field Visits: Visit building developments, apartments, and open construction sites in your assigned area daily.

• Site Verification: Check if a new construction project or building work has started at the location.

• Information Collection: Talk to the people on-site and note down basic details:

  • Contractor or builder's name and contact number.

  • Type of project (Residential house, Commercial building, etc.).

  • Current status of the construction.

• Daily Reporting: Share the collected details and location updates with the office team at the end of the day.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements):

• Education: 12th Pass (High School) or Any Graduate.

• Experience: Freshers are 100% welcome! No prior experience is needed.

• Vehicle: Must own a two-wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with a valid driving license.

• Tools: Must have a Android smartphone to share site locations and pictures.

• Skill: Ability to travel locally every day and talk to people confidently to gather information.
