Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to start their career in real estate sales. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with prospective customers, understanding their property requirements, and supporting the sales team by scheduling site visits. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from company-generated leads.

• Understand customer requirements and assist in qualifying leads based on budget, location, and preferences.

• Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and ongoing offers.

• Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.

• Follow up with prospective customers regularly to nurture leads.

• Maintain accurate customer data and update CRM systems.

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.

• Work towards achieving daily and weekly calling targets.

• Address customer queries professionally and provide timely responses.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication in English and regional languages (Kannada/Hindi/Tamil/Telugu is an added advantage).

• Good convincing and interpersonal skills.

• Basic customer service orientation.

• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office.

• Strong willingness to learn and grow.

• Positive attitude and team spirit.
