Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken pre-sales executive to engage with potential customers, understand their requirements, and support the sales team by qualifying leads and setting up sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with potential customers via calls, messages, or emails
Understand customer needs and explain products/services clearly
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for smooth handover
Provide excellent first-level customer experience
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of sales or customer handling (training provided)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
