Job Title: Outdoor Sales Executive / Field Sales Executive

Department: Sales & Business Development

Hierarchy Level: Executive / Senior Executive

Gender Preference: Male

Age Preference: 18 – 35 Years

Pay Structure: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Business Head

Job Type: Full-Time (Field / Outdoor Work)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Visit shops, offices, and potential clients door-to-door

2. Promote company services (Website Development, Digital Marketing, SEO, Branding)

3. Generate new business leads and close sales

4. Maintain daily visit and sales reports

5. Build and manage relationships with local businesses

6. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

7. Collect market and competitor insights

EDUCATION

Minimum Education: 10th / 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)

Technical Education: Not mandatory (basic smartphone usage required)

EXPERIENCE

Fresher: 0 Years

Experienced: 1 – 3 Years in Outdoor / Field Sales
