We're Hiring | Business Development Manager (BDM) – Meesho Pickup Point

Join us in building Meesho's innovative Pickup Point network!

Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Salary: ₹4.5 LPA + Attractive Incentives + Travel Allowance
Location - We have multiple location in Mumbai.

Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Onboard Kirana stores, pharmacies, and stationery shops as Meesho Pickup Points.

Build strong relationships with local merchants.

Train shopkeepers to use the Valmo Rider App.

Ensure smooth onboarding and initial operations.

Manage and support active pickup points in your assigned territory.

We're Looking For:

✔️ 1–3 years of B2B field sales or merchant acquisition experience.

✔️ Experience onboarding local merchants/Kirana stores is preferred.

✔️ Strong communication and convincing skills.

✔️ Comfortable with field sales and local travel.

✔️ Smartphone-savvy and able to train merchants on basic app usage.
