Key Responsibilities

• Promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Conduct regular field visits as per the assigned territory.

• Generate prescriptions and increase product awareness.

• Organize CMEs, doctor meetings, and promotional activities.

• Collect market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and new product launches.

• Submit daily call reports (DCR) and monthly tour plans (MTP).

• Ensure timely reporting and compliance with company policies.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Sc., B.Pharm., D.Pharm., BBA, or equivalent preferred).

• Minimum 6 months of experience as a Medical Representative.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales can also apply.

• Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license (preferred).

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

• Ability to build long-term customer relationships.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

• Good knowledge of MS Office and reporting.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
