Job Title: Medical Representative
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Medical Representative to promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, increasing product awareness, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote the company's pharmaceutical products to doctors, healthcare professionals, and pharmacists.
- Conduct regular visits to healthcare providers as per the daily call plan.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.
- Ensure timely reporting of daily activities, sales performance, and customer feedback.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- 0–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (Freshers may also apply).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare industry practices.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
