Key Responsibilities:
• Generate quality leads through cold calls, meetings, networking events, and
market research.
• Promote company products to doctors, hospitals, and chemists in the
assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct regular field visits and maintain daily call reports.
• Organize product awareness campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Collect and report market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer
feedback.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales records and reports
Required Skills & Competencies:
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Good convincing skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and medical terminology.
• Ability to work independently.
