Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Medical Representative to promote the company's pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals. The candidate will be responsible for generating prescriptions, achieving sales targets, developing strong customer relationships, and expanding business within the assigned territory. (Indeed)

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the company's pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and chemists.

• Conduct daily field visits as per the tour plan.

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals.

• Generate prescriptions and increase product awareness.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

• Organize CMEs, product presentations, doctor meetings, and promotional activities.

• Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market activities.

• Submit Daily Call Reports (DCR), Monthly Tour Plans (MTP), expense statements, and sales reports.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical pharmaceutical marketing practices.

• Coordinate with distributors and stockists to ensure product availability.

• Resolve customer queries and provide product information accurately. (Indeed)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (B.Pharm, D.Pharm, B.Sc., B.Com, BBA, Life Sciences, or equivalent).

• 0–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (Freshers may also apply).

• Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. (Indeed)
