Key Responsibilities (Day-to-Day Work Flow)
Learn and understand all company products properly
Plan your daily route and follow the approved tour plan for your area
Visit doctors regularly to explain and promote products through product samples, visual aids, and other materials
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacists, and stockists
Visit pharmacists/chemists to check prescriptions, product availability, and sales.
Visit stockists/wholesalers to ensure product availability and manage order follow-ups from chemists/pharmacies.
Cover the assigned territory daily and make 20+ calls daily (doctors, chemists, clinics, healthcare centers) in Headquarters, Ex- Headquarters and Outstations
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Record all visits and calls on the company tablet (GPS tracking) and submit daily reports, including doctor visits, calls made, and feedback on prescriptions.
Track competitor activity and market demand, and share key updates from the field with the manager
Attend training programs and sales meetings to improve knowledge
Follow company rules, policies, and ethical practices at all times
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, supply) when required
