Key Responsibilities

Doctor Engagement

•  Meet doctors daily to promote products, gather feedback, and build strong professional

• relationships.

•  Prepare thoroughly for each meeting to ensure effective communication and improved

• productivity.

Work Schedule & Planning

•  Follow 8-hour official working hours, balancing fieldwork, follow-ups, and administrative

• tasks.

•  Work as per assigned HQ, Ex-HQ, and night halt schedule.

•  Dedicate assigned days to individual working to achieve personal sales targets.

• Sales & Productivity

•  Ensure 2–3 productive calls daily with existing or new doctors.

•  Focus on achieving monthly sales targets.

•  Maintain minimum 4TR performance for ongoing appraisals and growth.
