📢 Urgent Hiring: Medical Representative (BDO) – Pharma Sales

📍 Location (Goa): North Goa and South Goa

🔹 Key Responsibilities

👨‍⚕️ Doctor Engagement
• Meet 10 doctors daily to promote products, gather feedback, and build strong relationships
• Prepare effectively for each visit to ensure productive interactions

🕒 Work Schedule & Planning
• Follow 8-hour official working hours (fieldwork + reporting)
• Work as per assigned HQ / Ex-HQ / night halt plan
• Focus on individual working days to achieve sales targets

📈 Sales & Productivity
• Ensure 2–3 productive doctor calls daily
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain minimum 4TR performance for appraisals and growth

📢 Promotional Activities
• Conduct medical camps and branding activities as per SOP

📝 Reporting & CRM
• Update daily work in CRM accurately and on time
• Submit reports, feedback, and expense statements

🤝 Meetings & Coordination
• Attend official meetings and follow company policies
• Coordinate with doctors and internal teams for smooth operations

🔹 Experience Required

• Minimum 6 months of field experience

🔹 Requirements

• Experience in Pharma / FMCG / Field Sales preferred
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to travel within assigned HQ
