Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Medical Representative (MR) to promote pharmaceutical products in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with doctors, chemists, and stockists while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote company products to doctors, chemists, and stockists

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Ensure product availability in the assigned territory

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals

• Conduct regular field visits and market coverage

• Submit Daily Call Reports (DCR) and maintain accurate records

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate (Science/Pharma background preferred)

• 1–2 years of experience as a Medical Representative

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Presentable personality with strong interpersonal skills

• Willingness to travel within assigned territory

Preferred Skills

• Strong negotiation and sales skills

• Target-driven mindset

• Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products
