Medical Representative (Nutraceuticals) —
Pediatric, Prenatal (OBGYN), and CKD

We are a fast-growing nutrition company focused on high-quality protein supplements for
children (pediatrics), prenatal mothers (OBGYN), and CKD patients. Our products combine
clean formulations with strong clinical rationale and are FSSAI-compliant. We partner with
doctors, dietitians, hospitals, and pharmacies to improve patient outcomes.
Role Objective
To establish and grow prescriptions and retail movement of our protein range by achieving a
minimum of 100–150 units in the first month and sustaining a 15–20% month-on-month
growth through doctor advocacy, chemist activation, and patient awareness programs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Doctor Engagement & Prescription Generation
● Meet 10–12 doctors per day (pediatricians, gynecologists, nephrologists, and
dietitians).
● Detail products scientifically—composition, protein type, clinical benefits, pricing, and
dosage.
● Convert at least 20% of new doctors per month into active prescribers.
● Conduct OPD samplings, antenatal camps, dialysis awareness programs, and CME
sessions.
2. Secondary Sales Execution
● Ensure minimum 100–150 units sold in the first 30 days through active follow-up and
patient conversions.
● Grow monthly sales by 15–20%, building repeat purchase momentum from doctors and
chemists.
● Track SKU-wise and flavor-wise sales; analyze stock movement and reorder patterns.
3. Channel & Territory Management
● Maintain 20+ active chemists/stockists with regular replenishment and merchandising.
● Monitor in-stock position, manage sample allocation, and ensure visibility materials are
updated.
● Identify new hospital OPDs, NICUs, antenatal classes, and dialysis centers for
partnership.
4. Reporting & Data Discipline
● Daily CRM updates with doctor visits, sample drops, and order outcomes.
● Submit weekly sales tracker highlighting unit sales, repeat orders, and doctor
productivity.
● Share competitor intelligence and new account insights weekly.
5. Events & Relationship Building
● Plan and execute 1 small CME / month or in-clinic round table to sustain awareness.
● Build long-term relationships with top-tier doctors and dietitians for repeat
recommendations.
Qualifications
● Education: B.Sc., B.Pharm, or Nutrition/Dietetics background preferred.
● Experience: 1–4 years in nutraceuticals, pediatric, OBGYN, or nephrology
segment.
● Must-Haves: Two-wheeler, smartphone, and fluency in English + local language.
● Desired Traits: Self-driven, persuasive, field-ready, data-oriented.
