We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Executive with strong experience in ethical pharmaceutical, Ayurvedic, or herbal medicine sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets for ethical Ayurvedic, herbal, and allopathic medicines in the assigned territory.

• Manage and strengthen relationships with doctors, Vaidyas, chemists, and stockists.

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of Medical Representatives (MRs).

• Ensure product availability and effective stockist network management.

• Conduct regular field visits and monitor territory performance.

• Prepare sales reports, analyze market trends, and share feedback with management.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Male candidates aged up to 38 years.

• 4–10 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, Ayurvedic, or herbal medicine sales.

• Experience in ethical medicine promotion to doctors, Vaidyas, and chemists.

• Proven experience in Medical Representative team handling and stockist management.

• Strong knowledge of the Faridabad territory.

• Good communication, leadership, computer, and sales management skills.
