Key Responsibilities

• Visit healthcare professionals, clinics, and healthcare establishments to promote Meditrust's healthcare solutions and generate new business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through regular meetings and follow-ups.

• Identify client requirements, present suitable solutions, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.

• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets through effective lead generation and client conversion.

• Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and provide regular feedback to the management team.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, daily field visits, CRM updates, and activity reports.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Daily field visits and client meetings.

• New lead generation and business conversions.

• Timely follow-ups and client relationship management.

• Achievement of monthly sales targets.

• Accurate CRM updates and daily reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.

• 6 months–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Healthcare Sales, Pharma Sales, Medical Representative, B2B Sales or Business Development.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills and willingness to work in field sales may also apply.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building ability.

• Self-driven and target-oriented.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.

• Two-wheeler preferred.
