Job description

·         Meeting doctors, paramedical staff, detailing company’s products & implementing promotion strategies

·         Conduct territory market audit on regular basis with distributors, hospitals & retailers to evaluate potential & competitors

·         Conduct promotional activities as & when necessary after obtaining appropriate approvals from superiors

·         Adhere company’s norms of working hours, hospital & distributor visit, frequency/pattern of working

·         Increasing the sales & market share of company’s products by:

·         Properly detailing the product(s) to doctors, paramedical staff

·         Meet distributors on regular basis

·         Providing hospital/distributor data bank to company authorities

·         Proper coverage of area designated by the company

·         Salary Offered: As per market standards

Key Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, life sciences, or any related field.

Experience: 2-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical / nutraceutical / FMCG sales is preferred.

Skills:

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Strong sales and negotiation skills.

·         Ability to explain complex medical information clearly.

·         Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.

·         Good organizational and time management skills.
