We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Representative to promote and sell our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships within the medical community, provide product information, and ensure customer satisfaction to achieve business targets.
Promote and sell the company's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals (HCPs).
Conduct regular visits to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Provide accurate information about products, including usage, benefits, side effects, and pricing.
Organize product presentations and Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs.
Achieve sales targets and performance goals within assigned territory.
Keep up-to-date with new products, market trends, and competitors.
Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
Provide feedback to the company on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biology, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar sales role (1–3 years preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of medical terminology and pharmaceutical products.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
Ability to handle pressure and meet sales deadlines.
