Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Medical Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of nutrition products to healthcare professionals, including doctors and dietitians. You will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with customers, providing product information, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote our range of nutrition products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) within your assigned territory and hospitals.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with HCPs, including doctors, dietitians, and pharmacists.

• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate HCPs on the benefits of our nutrition products.

• Regularly visit HCPs to provide product updates, answer queries, and address concerns.

• Work closely with hospitals and healthcare institutions to promote and establish our nutrition products.

• Meet with purchase managers and decision-makers in hospitals and healthcare facilities to secure orders and product placements.

• Engage with retailers and manage relationships with distributors to ensure product availability and visibility.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, detailing activities, achievements, and market insights.

• Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and training sessions as required.

• Adhere to ethical sales practices and comply with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Nutrition, Dietetics, Life Sciences, Pharmacy.

• Proven experience in medical sales, preferably in the nutrition or pharmaceutical industry.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills:

• Sales and Marketing: Proficiency in sales techniques, marketing strategies, and customer relationship management.

• Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of nutrition products and their benefits.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Presentation: Ability to conduct effective product presentations and demonstrations.

• Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure orders.

• Time Management: Effective time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and appointments.

• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and address customer concerns and provide suitable solutions.

• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in medical sales or a related field. Freshers with relevant qualification may apply.

• Capable Freshers may apply with the relevant qualification mentioned above.

• Previous experience in the nutrition or pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Experience in building and maintaining professional relationships with healthcare professionals.

• Experience in meeting Specialties like – Physicians, Diabetologist. Intensivist, Surgeons, Dieticians, Nephrologist and hospital working is preferred.
