Position Overview

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Person to develop and manage business in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for customer/dealer development, order generation, relationship management and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets assigned by the company.

• Develop new distributors, dealers, retailers and business accounts.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

• Generate regular orders and ensure effective product availability in the assigned market.

• Visit customers regularly and understand their requirements.

• Promote HOMEOTIC products and communicate product features and benefits.

• Implement company schemes, promotional activities and sales strategies.

• Monitor market activities, competitor products, pricing and schemes.

• Follow up on outstanding payments and support timely collection.

• Ensure proper execution of new product launches and promotional campaigns.

• Maintain daily visit and sales records through the company's digital reporting application.

• Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports as required.

• Coordinate with the Sales Office, Dispatch and Accounts teams for smooth order execution.

• Participate in dealer/distributor meetings, exhibitions and promotional activities when required.

Candidate Profile

• Qualification: Graduate preferred; relevant sales experience will be considered.

• Experience: 0–5 years in pharmaceutical, homoeopathic, FMCG, healthcare or related sales.

• Freshers with good communication and sales aptitude can also apply.

• Good communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Android applications and digital reporting.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
