Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Product Promotion & Sales: Introduce, explain, and sell pharmaceutical products (medicines, devices) by presenting clinical data, benefits, and usage instructions to healthcare professionals (HCPs).
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
• Information & Education: Provide detailed, scientific information on product compositions, mechanisms, and outcomes, ensuring HCPs can make informed prescribing decisions.
• Market Intelligence: Gather market data, monitor competitor activities, identify new opportunities, and track prescription trends.
• Sales Targets & Strategy: Meet or exceed sales quotas, manage assigned territories, and implement marketing strategies to generate new business.
• Logistics & Support: Coordinate with distributors for product availability, manage samples, handle queries, and address complaints.
• Reporting & Compliance: Document daily activities, report to management, and ensure all promotional activities comply with company policies and regulations.
