Key Responsibilities

• Visit hospitals, clinics, doctors, specialists, and procurement heads to promote diagnostic services

and test packages.

• Generate leads and build referral networks with clinics and general practitioners.

• Conduct scientific detailing on diagnostic accuracy, testing procedures, and equipment benefits.

• Organize CME programs, medical camps, and health awareness activities.

• Monitor competitors and market trends and share insights with management.

• Maintain daily call reports (DCR) and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Develop strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Marketing, or Business.

1–3 years of field marketing experience in Pharma, Hospitals, or Diagnostics.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Good knowledge of the local territory and healthcare market.

Strong relationship-management and CRM skills.

Target-oriented and willing to work in the field.
