Ciaagen Lifecare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and motivated Medical Representative (MR) to join our field sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, following up on leads, promoting pharmaceutical products, and achieving sales targets.

The role requires candidates who have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of pharmaceutical sales, and the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with doctors, pharmacies, and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and detail pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.

• Generate new leads and identify potential customers within the assigned territory.

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and healthcare providers.

• Conduct regular field visits and follow up with existing and prospective customers.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

• Use various sales techniques, including face-to-face meetings, presentations, and follow-ups, to maximize sales opportunities.

• Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

• Develop effective sales strategies to improve product performance in the assigned territory.

• Maintain and regularly update the customer/client database.

• Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and provide market feedback to management.

• Maintain a professional image while representing the company and its products.

Job Requirements

• Qualification: B. Pharma

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative / Pharmaceutical Field Sales Executive.

• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical sales and field-sales practices.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Good relationship-building and convincing abilities.

• Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently in the field.

• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using technology for reporting and communication.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
