Altor Lifesciences Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Medical Representatives to join its growing sales team.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 months of experience in pharmaceutical sales.

• Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also be considered.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of doctor detailing and ethical promotion.

• Ability to develop and maintain good relationships with doctors and chemists.

• Good knowledge of the assigned territory/topography will be an advantage.

• Strong interest in field sales, business development and achieving targets.

• Candidates with exposure to Orthopaedic, Dermatology or General segments will be preferred.

• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular doctor visits and deliver effective product detailing.

• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors.

• Generate new doctor leads and convert them into regular prescribers.

• Ensure effective chemist and stockist coverage in the assigned territory.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Execute promotional activities and implement company strategies effectively.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with doctors, chemists and other customers.

• Submit timely daily and monthly reports to the reporting manager.

Compensation

Salary: As per company norms and based on experience and suitability.
