We are looking for a Medical Representative to join our team at Adhari Pharmaceuticals Private Limited. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building partner relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 15,000 - ₹ 30,000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Promotion: Educate doctors, nurses, and pharmacists about drug features, dosages, side effects, and clinical evidence using visual aids and literature.

• Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales quotas within a designated territory.

• Relationship Building: Maintain trust and regular contact with healthcare providers, hospital staff, chemists, and stockists.

• Territory Management: Plan daily schedules to visit clinics and hospitals regularly, ensuring full geographic coverage.

• Market Analysis: Gather feedback from doctors, monitor competitor activities, and track local prescription trends.

• Reporting and Compliance: Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, submit daily call/expense reports, and adhere to medical ethics and industry regulations.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 2 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
