Experience Required:
Minimum of 3+ years in sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry.
Proven experience in franchisee acquisition, business development, and channel appointment.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and business development.
Strong understanding of sales funnel creation, including market research, lead generation, and conversion strategies.
Knowledge of franchisee infrastructure, billing, incentives, and manpower coordination.
Background in executing sales strategies, ATL/BTL campaigns, and local branding efforts.
Hands-on experience managing sales and business operations across multiple districts, specifically in Maharashtra & Gujarat.
Key Responsibilities:
Franchisee Acquisition & Business Development:
Identify and engage potential franchisees, ensuring smooth onboarding, training, and operational setup.
Drive business growth by sourcing investors and securing franchisee commitments.
Implement strategies to expand the franchisee network, contributing to overall business success.
Sales & Target Achievement:
Achieve assigned sales targets through strategic lead generation and conversion.
Engage with clients, build relationships, and close deals effectively.
Maintain a target-driven sales approach to meet and exceed business objectives.
Market Research & Lead Generation:
Conduct market research to identify potential customers, understand industry trends, and analyze competition.
Generate and manage a pipeline of leads, ensuring smooth follow-ups and conversions.
Branding, Marketing & Local Campaigns:
Execute local marketing activities, including ATL/BTL strategies and branding efforts (posters, wall paintings, flex boards, etc.).
Develop relationships with key stakeholders, such as doctors, chemists, diagnostic labs, and hospitals, to drive sales and referrals.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Proven sales experience in the healthcare/medical industry, with a track record of meeting targets.
Strong marketing and business development skills, including lead generation and franchisee acquisition.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, especially with franchisees, doctors, and healthcare professionals.
Understanding of sales strategies, branding initiatives, and local marketing techniques.
Male candidates are preferred due to regional team dynamics.
