Identify potential customers for Home Loan and LAP through field visits, networking, and channel partners.
Develop relationships with builders, real estate agents, and DSAs to generate leads.
Organize and participate in promotional activities like loan melas, property exhibitions, etc.
Understand the customer’s financial requirements and provide suitable loan solutions.
Educate customers about loan eligibility, interest rates, EMI structure, documentation, and terms.
Provide end-to-end support from application to disbursal.
Collect and verify required documents (KYC, income proofs, property documents, etc.).
Coordinate with internal credit and legal teams for file processing and approvals.
Ensure timely login and tracking of cases until final disbursement.
Adhere to RBI guidelines, internal lending policies, and regulatory norms.
Ensure thorough due diligence in documentation and customer profiling to avoid fraud.
Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers for cross-selling opportunities (insurance, top-up loans, balance transfers, etc.).
Resolve customer queries and issues related to loan servicing.
