We are sharing the Job Description for the Marketing Representative position with our client company dealing in Industrial Electrical & Mechanical Products and Engineering Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Generate enquiries and develop new customers.

• Conduct regular visits to industrial customers.

• Develop sales penetration and market expansion.

• Make sales calls and convert enquiries into orders.

• Maintain customer visit and follow-up records.

• Follow up for quotations, orders and pending payments.

• Coordinate with Purchase, Electrical, Design, Engineering and other customer departments.

• Understand customer RFQs and technical requirements.

• Coordinate with the engineering team for accurate and cost-effective quotations.

• Handle techno-commercial coordination with customers.

• Review and process customer Purchase Orders.

• Track order execution and payment collection.

• Monitor market developments and competitor activities.

• Prepare daily sales/activity reports.

• Maintain the complete sales cycle from Enquiry → Quotation → Follow-up → Order Conversion → Order Execution → Payment Collection.

Required Profile

• Graduate / Diploma / Engineering qualification.

• 1–3 years of relevant industrial / technical sales experience preferred.

• Experience in industrial equipment, electrical products, mechanical products, industrial consumables or technical sales will be an advantage.

• Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi and English.

• Good customer-handling, negotiation and follow-up skills.

• Target-oriented and result-driven approach.

• Good product-learning ability.

• Candidate must be comfortable with field sales and regular industrial/customer visits.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
