About Rasikan

Rasikan is a growing brand specializing in Satvik & Jain-friendly spices and savouries. Our products are prepared without onion, garlic, preservatives, or artificial colours, focusing on purity, freshness, and authentic taste.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit local markets, bakeries, supermarkets, departmental stores, grocery stores, and specialty food outlets across Delhi NCR.

• Introduce and promote Rasikan's range of spices and savouries.

• Generate new retailer and distributor leads.

• Build and maintain relationships with shop owners and purchasing managers.

• Conduct product sampling and promotional activities.

• Represent Rasikan at stalls, exhibitions, food festivals, society events, and promotional tables.

• Collect market feedback and competitor insights.

• Meet sales and outlet onboarding targets.

• Submit regular visit and sales reports.

Requirements

• Prior experience in field sales, FMCG sales, retail marketing, or business development.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong understanding of the Delhi retail market.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

• Own two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

• Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR.

• Comfortable handling product stalls, sampling counters, and promotional events.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing.

• Experience with Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Facebook promotions, or local online marketing.

• Experience in food, spices, snacks, bakery, or FMCG products.
