Experience: Sales for NBFC/DSA experience preferred in Housing Loan

Job Description

We are looking for energetic and self-motivated managers to join our Housing Finance Sales team. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in sales and financial services. You will be responsible for meeting customers, explaining home loan products, and helping them through the loan application process.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet potential customers to explain Home Loan and Loan Against Property products.

• Generate leads through field visits, references, and local market activities.

• Assist customers in filling out loan applications and collecting necessary documents.

• Maintain good relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the branch.

• Provide regular updates to the sales manager.

Qualifications & Skills

• Loan Sales experienced.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Willingness to do fieldwork.

• Knowledge of the local area and markets.

• Basic understanding of computers (MS Office / smartphone apps).

• Must have a valid 2-wheeler and driving license.
