We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Loan Sales Executive to drive sales of diverse loan products through proactive client engagement and relationship building. The role is ideal for professionals with experience in financial services who are passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Lead Generation

  • Promote and sell loan products such as Housing Loans, Business Loans, Machinery Loans, Loan Against Property, Car Loans, and Industrial Property Loans.

  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and field activities.

• Client Engagement

  • Educate customers about loan features, eligibility criteria, documentation, and benefits.

  • Assist clients in completing applications and coordinate with internal teams for processing.

• Business Development

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.

  • Identify new opportunities for expanding the customer base.

• Target Achievement

  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets for loan closures.

  • Earn attractive commissions and incentives based on performance.

• Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report progress to management.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in selling loans or financial products (mandatory).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

• Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently.

• Existing network in financial services or related industries preferred.

• Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred, but not mandatory for experienced candidates).
