Position: Relationship Manager / Sales Executive

Product: Housing Loan (HL) / Mortgage Loan (ML) / Loan Against Property (LAP) / Mortgage Loan

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year compulsory experience in Housing Loan, Mortgage Loan, LAP or Mortgage products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new customer leads through field visits and market activities

• Promote and sell Housing Loan, Mortgage Loan and LAP products

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products

• Handle customer documentation and loan application process

• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth processing

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

• Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals

• Follow up with customers till loan disbursement

Eligibility:

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduation

• Minimum 1 year relevant experience compulsory

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong sales and customer handling skills
