Role Overview

As a Loan Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients for

various loan products, nurturing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth loan

processing. You will act as a financial advisor, understanding the needs of each client and offering the most suitable loan solution.

Key Responsibilities

 Generate leads and acquire new customers for personal loans, business loans, home

loans, and loan against property.

 Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular

follow-ups and quality service.

 Understand customer financial needs and provide the best loan options accordingly.

 Assist customers through the entire loan lifecycle: from application to disbursal.

 Collect and verify documentation as per the credit policy.

 Coordinate with internal teams (credit, legal, operations) for smooth processing. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to branch performance.

 Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and compliance norms.

Key Skills

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 Ability to build trust and rapport with customers

 Good knowledge of loan products and documentation processes

 Result-driven and customer-oriented mindset

 Local area knowledge and networking ability is a plus

Eligibility Criteria

 Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration

 2–3 years of experience in loan sales/relationship management preferred

 Knowledge of loan regulations and RBI guidelines is a plus
