Job Title: Relationship Manager (RM)

🎯 Job Responsibilities:

Manage and grow gold loan business in the assigned catchment area

Acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers

Handle end-to-end gold loan processing including documentation and disbursement

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines

Achieve monthly business and revenue targets

Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Gold Loan industry

Candidates must have experience in any one of the following companies:

💰 Salary & Benefits:

CTC: Up to ₹4.50 LPA

In-hand: Up to ₹31,000 per month
