Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through field visits, market mapping, references, and direct customer interactions.
Identify potential customers such as shop owners, traders, self-employed individuals, and small business owners.
Explain unsecured business loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms.
Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for application login and loan disbursement.
Achieve monthly sales targets for loan applications, approvals, and disbursements.
Maintain customer relationships and provide regular follow-ups.
Ensure compliance with company policies and lending guidelines.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
Experience in business loan, personal loan, SME lending, or NBFC sales is preferred.
Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for field sales and customer acquisition.
Knowledge of local markets and business customer sourcing is an advantage.
