Position: Team Leader / Sr. Team Leader / Assistant Manager – Sales

📌 Experience Required: 3 to 8 Years
📌 Domain Expertise: Personal Loans & Overdrafts (Mandatory)
📌 Role Type: Team Handling & Sales Leadership
📌 Work Location: Noida (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales executives for personal loan acquisition.

• Drive monthly disbursement targets through effective team management and performance monitoring.

• Ensure high productivity and adherence to compliance norms and quality parameters.

• Conduct regular sales training, performance reviews, and motivation sessions for the team.

• Monitor end-to-end lead funnel, right from sourcing to final disbursement.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and reduce TAT.

• Liaise with internal stakeholders (Credit, Operations, MIS) for seamless execution.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience in personal loan and overdraft sales (minimum 3 years in relevant role).

• Strong communication, target orientation, and team-building abilities.

• Ability to drive high performance under pressure and create a results-driven culture.

• Experience in managing tele-sales or feet-on-street teams will be preferred.

• Sound understanding of lending policies and customer profiling.
