Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall branch sales operations, including business development, customer service,
and compliance.
Drive home loan business growth through direct sourcing, DSAs, connectors, builder tie-ups,
and open-market channels.
Build and maintain strong customer and builder relationships to maximize business value and
cross-sell opportunities.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team; recruit high-performing talent while fostering
engagement.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets.
Monitor branch portfolio performance and implement corrective measures.
Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and audit requirements.
Collaborate with Operations and Risk teams to streamline loan processes, maintain portfolio
quality, and control NPAs.
Oversee collections for acquired portfolios to ensure healthy asset quality.
Track market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback; recommend strategies
to enhance business outcomes.
Execute promotional campaigns, contests, and innovative initiatives to boost customer
acquisition.
