Key Responsibilities • Source home loan leads through open market channels. • Build strong relationships with real estate builders, connectors, and small DSAs. • Generate regular business through market networking and references. • Guide customers in selecting suitable home loan options from multiple banks and NBFCs. • Handle complete loan processing including login, documentation, coordination, sanction, and disbursement. • Achieve monthly disbursement targets of 2 Crore and above. • Maintain daily activity reports and MIS updates. • Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth loan processing.
