Job Title: Sales Loan Officer – MSME / Business Loans

Location: Bhopal / Indore

We are looking for a Sales Loan Officer to generate business for MSME / Business Loans. The candidate will be responsible for meeting business owners, generating leads, and assisting clients in obtaining MSME loan products.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads for MSME / Business Loans through field visits and referrals

• Meet business owners, shopkeepers, and SME clients to explain loan products

• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients

• Collect required documents and assist in the loan application process

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing

• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline

• 1–3 years experience in sales (Loan / Banking / NBFC preferred)

• Experience in MSME Loan, Business Loan, LAP, or Working Capital will be an advantage

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Comfortable with field sales

Salary & Benefits

💰 Salary: 25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience)
