🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

🔹 Drive Business Loan sales through open-market sourcing and field visits.

🔹 Acquire new customers and achieve sales & disbursement targets.

🔹 Manage customer relationships, repayment follow-ups and portfolio quality.

🔹 Conduct regular field visits and customer/centre meetings.

🔹 Review loan applications and coordinate with internal teams.

🔹 Identify new market opportunities and support business expansion.

🔹 Achieve daily, weekly and monthly business targets.

✅ ELIGIBILITY

• Experience: 1–5 years

• Mandatory experience in Field Sales / Lending Products

• Open Market Sourcing & Small-Ticket Business Loan experience preferred

• Education: 12th / Graduate

• Basic understanding of the Business Loan / Lending model preferred

• 🛵 Personal Two-Wheeler – Mandatory

• 🪪 Valid Driving Licence (DL) – Mandatory

• Good communication and customer-handling skills
