💼 Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell loan products like Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, LAP & Vehicle Loans

• Generate leads through field visits, telecalling, and referrals

• Meet and explain loan features, eligibility, and documentation to customers

• Collect KYC and financial documents and coordinate for processing

• Follow up with customers and lenders for loan approval and disbursement

• Achieve assigned monthly sales & conversion targets

• Maintain strong relationships with customers, banks, and NBFC partners

🧠 Skills Required:

• Good communication & convincing skills

• Knowledge of loan products and market trends

• Target-driven & self-motivated personality

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, CRM)

• Field sales experience is an added advantage
