Job Title: Relationship Manager – Home Loan / Mortgage

Location : Jaipur

Interview Timing : 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Relationship Manager (RM ) with experience in

Home Loan / Mortgage products . The ideal candidate will be a local resident of Jaipur with a strong understanding of the local market and customer relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and acquire customers for Home Loan / Mortgage products.

Achieve monthly sales and business targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat and referral business.

Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and disbursement.

Ensure complete documentation and maintain compliance with company policies.

Candidate Requirements:

Education: Minimum 12th Pass.

Experience : Prior experience in Home Loan / Mortgage sales is mandatory.

Age : Up to 35 years.

CIBIL : Must have a clear track record with zero overdue loans.

Vehicle : Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory.

Location : Must be a local candidate from Jaipur .

Job Stability : Preference for candidates with stable employment history (not job hoppers).

Salary : Up to ₹20,000/- Net Take Home.

CTC : Up to ₹3.50 Lacs per annum (maximum).
