Job Title: Sales Manager/Loan Sales

Industry: NBFC

Working Days: 6 Days

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 CTC

Job Summary:

The Sales Business Officer (SBO) will be responsible for driving business growth by sourcing and acquiring customers for Gold Loan and Non-Gold Loan products. The role involves extensive fieldwork, customer acquisition, relationship management, and coordination with internal teams to ensure seamless loan processing and portfolio quality.

Key Responsibilities:-

GOLD LOAN:

•Generate new business through field visits, local market outreach, and customer referrals.

•Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

•Promote gold loan products and educate customers on features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.

•Assist customers with documentation and coordinate with branch teams for loan processing.

•Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.

•Conduct follow-ups for interest payments, renewals, and support collections while ensuring compliance.

•Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in NBFC

•Graduation preferred (not mandatory depending on experience).

•Strong understanding of local market and customer acquisition.
